Sales Manager (Consultative Software Sales)

Location: Gateshead

Salary: £50,000 plus uncapped commission (realistic year one OTE of £75,000)

 

Our client, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for schools across the UK, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to manage a team of 10 Sales Consultants to hit targets and drive growth.

The Role:

As Sales Manager you'll be responsible for driving sales within the team. You will be someone to embed the strong structure that we have in place.

You will want your team to be successful as that would reflect on you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Making sure the team hit sales targets
  • Managing KPI and Pipeline meetings with team members
  • Call listening to help improve the team performance
  • Working with the quality framework in place and suggesting improvements
  • Supporting individual Sales members
  • Providing the necessary experience to make the team successful

What We're Looking For:

 

Experienced Sales Manager, ideally that has sold in the Software market. Someone who has led a team of ten or more achieve sales success. Someone with a positive attitude, that can come in and work with the team, the processes and infrastructure to make a difference
