Location: Watlington, Oxfordshire

Salary: £25-£30k basic (depending upon experience) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55-£60k)

This is an opportunity for an experienced account manager who is able and willing to build relationships with a set of existing customers, to own them and the service level, delivering solutions to issues and upsell goods and services to increase the value of the relationship. The successful applicants will also be given a growth target to be achieved through those existing accounts, by managing and converting incoming enquiries and by proactively finding new business opportunities.

The Role

 

As an Account Manager, you would be expected to deal with enquiries both new and existing and convert those to sales. A major part of the function is to review the clients wants and needs, measure those against available services and deliver propositions to improve and strengthen relationships. There is also a growth target to be achieved through increasing fleet size and services, as well as a new business target to be delivered by converting new enquiries and cold calling new, self generated prospects.

 

The Account Managers are supported in house, meaning there is very little administration to get in the way of the main focus, relationship management and retention and business growth.

An experienced and customer first focussed Account Manager able to build and develop relationships and meet the values of the client, matching those to the values, wants and needs of the customer with a responsible approach and strong commercial awareness.
