Location: East Midlands (WFH / Field based)

Salary: £45,000 basic plus Commission


Our client is a leading provider of commercial vehicle rentals renowned for their quality services and and for having a diverse fleet. With a commitment to exceptional customer service and strong industry partnerships, they are experiencing rapid growth and expanding their services. As a result, they are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition in the East Midlands

The role:


As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new clients. You will initiate meaningful conversations, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions that address transportation challenges. Your success will hinge on your ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate the value proposition of our client's services.


What we're looking for:


  • Proven sales planning, diary management, and time management skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
  • Self-driven with the discipline to generate and manage sales opportunities autonomously
  • Strong prospecting skills to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Discernment in negotiation and decision-making processes
  • Proficient in closing deals and nurturing long-term customer relationships
