This is a rare opportunity for a talented motor industry administrator to join the company and help them further grow their business, by providing essential administration to support customers and colleagues.

The Role

​Your job would be to provide administration for our clients customers and also to assist with new vehicle quotations and processing orders, and ensuring that jobs are prioritised, completed, and that expectations are managed. Key to that is great organisation and brilliant communication. You will be responsible for:

• Generating new vehicle quotations.
• Administering new vehicle orders.
• Ensuring documentation is in place and accurate.
• Communicating updates on expected vehicle delivery dates.
• Administering all aspects of fleet management for applicable contracts.

​What are we Looking for?​

A well organised and experience motor industry administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who is passionate about the job that they’re undertaking and wants to develop that role into a career . Your skills and experience must include:

• Being fully computer literate with strong I.T. skills, to include Microsoft Office 365
• Having accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
• At least two years’ experience in a similar motor industry role
