You're not going to achieve it in 2025!

If you didn't achieve your sales target in 2024, you're not going to achieve it in 2025 if you're not going to make changes and doing nothing other than hoping it will be a better year.

Hoping it will be a good year or ensuring it's a good year is a choice.

Making it a good year is easy. 


Create a laser focused sales plan, know exactly how many clients you need to win, and religiously undertake the activities needed to deliver it.

Hope and react rarely works. 


Attitude, Effort, Planning, Discipline and good process does.


Those who decide what their own personal vision of success is, and really want it, will get onto the front foot of the tasks and functions that will generate invoices, and will nail it this year.

Others will just keep fooling themselves and wait for the next 'lead'. 

Like I said, it's a choice.

Day one back at it tomorrow.
