Incremental new customers.

Most companies need the life blood that is incremental new customers.

If we don't focus on it our numbers go backwards, because no matter how much we cuddle a client, we'll lose some for reasons out of our control. It's a fact of life.

If you hire a new salesperson in the hope that they will bring in new customers, the reality is that they won't if you make it easy for them not to.

If you give a salesperson the opportunity to take the line of least resistance, they will.

In dealerships for example. We want you to win new business and look after brokers.

I'll tell you exactly where all their time will be spent - order taking from brokers who are delivering cars all over the UK, because it's easier.

And if they take that path, any ongoing revenue opportunities from future workshop service throughput are gone. You got a registration, but your dealership does not own the customer, the margin was non existent and the renewal opportunity is now not in your hands.

Another example.

We want you to win new business and look after current customers. I can almost guarantee were the focus will be. If your serious about new customer acquisition in the B2B space, hire a pure hunter and set clear expectations alongside a good earning opportunity and lots of support.

And if you're really serious, hire us to help you find that person.
