Fleet Recruitment was established in 2014 by Neil O'Connor.
As a sales manager, Neil had built and developed a sales team of 18 people. But in growing his department, Neil had faced frustration and disappointment in his dealings with recruitment agencies. Expecting to encounter the same high standards he always applied to his own sales activity, Neil met a lack – and even absence – of professionalism, honesty, and empathy.
The agents he dealt with demonstrated no relevant experience, and little desire to understand him or his needs. Neil wanted to work with people who would focus on their clients and go the extra mile. He thought, “I can do better than this”.
Over 10 years, driven by the desire to help others facing the same challenges, Neil has built a team that shares his values and energy, and Fleet has become the trusted partner of some big names across many industries.
