£50,000 salary - On Target Earnings £100,000 plus

Our client is a highly successful independent asset finance business, and one of the most successful in the UK. They provide competitive business finance to a wide range of markets in throughout the UK, with an incredible apetite to find ways to write deals.

Their funding options are superb, and the range of financial products and funders is vast. They help clients in numerous ways, and for those who can uncover opportunities through consultative fact-finding, the earning potential is significant.

The team is led by a fantastic Sales Director, who will support and encourage you to achieve your full potential if you have fire in the belly.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to win new clients in Scotland. Using a consultative approach. With an ability to build a value proposition through your ability to tease out issues, you’ll identify opportunities to help clients fund growth through asset finance, business loans, invoice factoring, and a host of other financial products.

Who would love this job?

If you're a BDM for a Finance Brokerage with a limited number of funders and that's impacting on your ability to get deals over the line, and your own ability to earn, you would love this role!

If you're a BDM for a Manufacturer finance house, funding plant and machinery, and your customers have hit their limits, you would love this role!

If you're working in Asset Finance Business Development for a Bank, and your personal earnings are limited by the options you have available to your clients, you would love this role.

About You:

We are looking for a proven business Finance professional, who in unafraid to get out into the market and create opportunites. You'll absolutely achieve that if you are a person who:

• Has a vision of personal success and a life goal that motivates you every day
• Has great experience selling asset finance and other funding
• Has a can-do mindset and a great sense of humour
• Has the ability to build deals, create a value proposition, and understand the value a broker can deliver for customers
• Has the skill to excel at qualification, knowing how to sell finance, and always treating customers fairly
• The ability to plan for sales success!

We would consider applications from new business hunters in the plant and equipment world, understand finance, and who can see the huge potential attached to being able to help clients fund literally anything!
